Sister Aubrie Jeanne Huff has been called to serve in the Jacksonville Florida Mission. She will begin home MTC March 17 and leave for Jacksonville on April 6.
Since she was a little girl, she has wanted to serve a mission. She has had a few trials in her life, but those trials taught her how to stregthen her faith and draw closer to her Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ. She has felt their love and now has the opportiunity to share that feeling and knowledge with the people of Jacksonville.
I am so proud of her. Even with her two older brothers serving missions, having her go is definatly heartbreaking. My heart is so full of joy that I am overwhelmed with emotions which should be familiar to me by now. This time its different. Just as each child is different.
We are looking forward to having the MTC in our home. A place where the spirit will be felt in everyroom, at every moment of the day. I am really looking forward to that.
The purpose of this blog is to post her weekly emails home. I did it for both her brothers and felt like it was a good way to preserve mission memories and events.
