Happy Easter Conference weekend!

Hello everyone!

The countdown is on to when I leave ahhhh! Less than 3 days...it still hasn't set in yet but I'm sure it will soon! I'm excited to get out there. Also this past week has been a week of countdowns in my district. On Tuesday Sister Graf reminded me that in a week we'd be on a plane to Florida. I'll really miss my district! They are the best people! I hope we get to meet up for real one day.

Our district pulled a very good April Fools joke on our teachers. The first time worked wonderfully...the second wasn't as good haha! Some of us set our background picture on zoom to a picture of our companion. We changed our names and everything to make it look like the screen was just frozen. To make it more realistic and believable, other companionships were still moving. It's hard to explain but it was hilarious and a great time!
Also Elder Snow and Elder Topham have given us all nicknames. I will now be known as Sister Huff and puff and blow your house down. That or Elder Shaleece...

As some of you may know, this last week was the Holy Week. A week full of events which led up to Christ's Atonement, death, and resurrection. This is what Easter is all about! I am so super thankful for Jesus Christ. He is the perfect example of how to live. Always be kind to others and love them no matter what their circumstances or beliefs may be. I know that Christ suffered and died for you and me. All of us! He is always always always here for us and loves us so much! One of my favorite scriptures says, "Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." (Romans 8:39).
I invite you to just think of that for a second. Remember Christ and know that you are never alone in your trials.
(Alma 7:11-13 are also some WONDERFUL scriptures to read if you would like to learn more about Christ and what He did for you!)

General Conference is TODAY! I am so excited and I hope all of you get a chance to watch!

Alright, my next email will be from Florida! I hope you all have a wonderful and safe week!
Love others. Be patient. Remember Jesus Christ.

Love you all!
Sister Huff
