Back to my St. Aug days lol! So Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were spent saying goodbye to everyone in the ward and that we are teaching. It was a sad time but I'll see them again!
On Wednesday night, we were saying goodbye to the Petersens at their campsite and that was an adventure for sure! Sister Young and I were just looking off into the deep dark forest talking about scary creatures of the night...when all of the sudden we heard some russling in the bushes...twas a wild and fat racoon eating a hot dog! Quite the experience if you ask me! Sister Young and I freaked out lol!
Transfer day was crazy as always! but it was still fun and pretty chill at the beginning. Sister Waite is now training! I'm so happy about that and I know they will do great things!
Lake City is awesome and it has been absoultly crazy here! We found three stray kittens the other night...they were crying all night and so we gave them a little box to stay in with a blanket and then we were gonna get rid of them. A couple of days later, they are still here...we are currently trying to figure out what to do with them. They are so little and only a few weeks old its really sad. Darn my soft heart!
As of right now in the area, we are just trying to figure everything out and meet new people. We are doing a lot of contacting of referrals and previously taught people. This place is about to be lit! Give us this week!
Also this coming week will be crazy! we have lots to do!
I thought I'd share more lol but I'm running out of time on today haha!
I just wanted to tell yall one more experience that I've had here! We've had the opportunity to bear testimony a lot with the members! It's so amazing what spirit is brought when we bear testimony! Always be aware of your surroundings and be an example of what you believe in how you act and what you say!
